Ryan York

Growing up in a small town, he was surrounded by chefs and family-run restaurants from an early age. Some of his first lessons in the kitchen came from simply being around the people who cooked, worked, and built their lives around good food. He learned early that great food doesn't have to be complicated, it just has to be made with care.

That foundation eventually led him from working in family restaurants to building a 13-year career as an Executive Chef in Dallas, Texas. Along the way, he has worked with different teams, kitchens, concepts, and cuisines, gaining an appreciation for what makes a restaurant successful both on the plate and behind the scenes.

What continues to drive him is a genuine love for good, authentic food from every culture. Whether it's a perfectly executed piece of comfort food, a traditional dish passed down through generations, or a new take on a familiar favorite, he believes great food starts with respecting where it comes from.

Today, he brings that experience to restaurants that want to take their food and kitchen operations to the next level.
